Extra Class - NOSPR

A visit to NOSPR combined with music workshops, where children experience music in various forms.

During these workshops, children will get to experience music in various ways. They can "feel" it through active listening and movement, "see" it through visualization (using animated scarves, fabrics, ribbons), and create together. The workshops will culminate in a visit to NOSPR's concert hall.

Where play meets art, it's Extra Class for children and youth, from preschoolers to high school students. A visit to NOSPR combined with age-appropriate music workshops tailored to the needs of each group. After musical excitement in the workshop room, there will be a visit to NOSPR's concert hall, where after the initial "WOW!" there will be time for questions, interesting facts, and optionally a glimpse into the work of NOSPR musicians (option dependent on the orchestra's current schedule, not guaranteed).

During the workshops, children and youth will experience music in various forms. They can "feel" it through active listening, movement, body percussion, and "see" it through visualization (using animated scarves, fabrics, ribbons). They will also collaboratively create through group play using Carl Orff's instruments. Our aim is to provide children with the opportunity to combine movement, speech, singing, and playing, all in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

The plan includes entry to the concert hall and optionally a short participation in an orchestra rehearsal (option dependent on the orchestra's current schedule, not guaranteed).
